Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@altechplumbers.co.za / 0317081349 within 48 hours to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please include proof of purchase and proof of the damage.

Refunds for Damaged Items
Once we receive your damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately begin the process of issuing a refund or sending a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to damage or defect, please contact us. We’ll assist you with the exchange process and provide necessary instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to damage or defect. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will provide a return shipping label.
