We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.

Same Day Delivery: Only applies if items have been ordered before 10am.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier’s website.

Local Delivery

Local delivery applies to a 10KM from the main store in Sarnia. All building materials will be delivered via local shipping and not the Courier Guy.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order is processed for shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
